Constance Zwane
Coordinator, Reading Improvement in Primary Education
Ms. Zwane has worked with the Molteno Project for eleven years and is currently one of the highest ranking trainers and managers in the organisation. She began with Molteno as a trainer, was identified for outstanding performance and was given the responsibility of training other Molteno trainers. She has extensive experience of all aspects of the Molteno Breakthrough to Literacy and Bridge to English approaches and participated regularly as a trainer in the Ghana pilot project. Ms. Zwane has management experience, both with a Provincial Department of Education in South Africa and with Molteno, where she has represented the organisation in consortium partnerships and managed projects. In addition, she holds a diploma in Adult Basic Education from the University of South Africa.
