Patrick Asare Nelson

Patrick Asare-Nelson is a development professional with over ten years of experience working on social development projects in Ghana. For two years, he served as the Project Manager for the Sankofa Program in the Volta Region, where he managed a staff of 25 people to implement an integrated rural development program, including the management of district contracts for the construction of school infrastructure and strengthening of School Management Committees and Parent Teacher Associations. Most recently, he has held the position of Programme Manager with the African Center for Human Development, where he works on various projects, including ones related to community development in the areas of education, health, water and sanitation. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering capacity development programs for district assemblies, including training related to district management, planning and coordination.
