Dr. Kadingi is an expert in distance education in Ghana. He has served as a coordinator of distance education materials at the University of Education, Winneba, as well as a lecturer. He was a research associate of the Institute of Education of London. His doctorate covered teacher training and his research interests include various aspects of distance education, such as the professional development of Primary teachers in Ghana.
